Russet is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Elstar, with off street gated parking. Russet overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. This very spacious barn conversion is the perfect place to meet family & friends, to relax and “re-connect”. The large fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room join into the light and comfortable lounge to form the perfect social space plus there's a games room with full size table tennis! Extensive outside patios & gardens provide stunning views over the Severn Vale and wonderful sunsets. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor; all have private en-suites with shower or bath.

The Loft

The Loft is situated at the end of the driveway of a family home on a peaceful lane in Cromhall and surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. Cromhall is a small village off J14 of the M5 therefore access is easy to many places in either direction such as Bristol, Bath, The Cotswolds, Badminton so it is an ideal place for an active or relaxing break. The Loft is a fully equipped, self contained flat with a fully enclosed garden which is designed for two adults and dogs are very welcome.

Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and 30 mins to the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.
