The apartment has its own private entrance, king size bed, kitchenette, and a patio to view the colorful sunsets. Enjoy all the adventures and amenities the Willamette Valley has to offer. Great for the business traveler with a place to work. Looking for a lovely romantic getaway or a staycation, Swing in the hammock chairs, hand feed the alpacas or help us walk the alpacas around the property.

Paradise on Private 15 Acre Wildlife Sanctuary

The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Relaxed open design, vaulted ceilings, queen beds, wifi, smart tv with Netflix, full kitchen and coffee bar.

Parks and (Oregon) Gardens and Horses - Oh My!

Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

With more than 10 wineries within two miles, it’s an ideal base for exploring wine country. After a day out, return home to unwind with evening stargazing in the courtyard or on the terrace.

Cottage on Natural Bird Preserve w Pool

Situated on a beautiful property with chirping birds and nature all around. It's ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stays if desired. The guesthouse is private with everything you need including a new comfortable Queen mattress and pillows, a functioning mini-kitchen, and sliding glass doors that look out onto the pool and west lawn. Ideal for guests that love birds, dogs, and a little nature getaway that’s still close to town. Pool is only available during the summer months.

McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.

Magical Cob House Retreat + Garden & River Nearby

The Cob House is a one-of-a-kind, hand-built retreat crafted from sand, clay, and straw, just like they did centuries ago. This cozy, retreat offers a peaceful escape into nature with all the comfort & privacy you need to unwind. Inside, with a queen-sized bed, a AC/Heater and coffee & tea & snacks. The hot tub to soak under the stars. Between each stay, the space is saged to refresh the energy and welcome you anew. Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed.

Very clean and Entire house available to guests, second house on property. Feed animals, relax in the hot tub or by the fire. Recharge on the porch and enjoy the view of the fields and seasonal pond. Fresh eggs collected by host daily are for sale in the farm store. Stroll down the gravel road and appreciate nearby agriculture. Drive to the coast 1 hour away. Take a wine tasting tour. End the day at the fire pit and make s’mores.

This peaceful round house offers a retreat from city life. Located on over 20 acres, this property offers complete silence, relaxation, and breathtaking views of the beautiful Willamette Valley below. The design offers an open floor plan as well as the unique experience of living in the round! The house is just a few minutes from numerous wineries and restaurants in Amity and McMinnville.

Muse Cabin in old growth forest w/cedar hot tub

Enjoy our beautiful cozy cabin that is heated exclusively by a wood stove, on the edge of a magical old growth cedar forest on our 11 acre farm and vineyard. Relax on the deck built into the trees, and sleep peacefully in the loft bed, as you soak in the nature around you. The cute out house is just down the path and the cedar hot tub/ outdoor shower is next to the garden.

Charming Turn of the Century Farmhouse

Come and enjoy our recently remodeled turn of the century farmhouse just minutes from Silver Falls State Park, the Oregon Garden, the Santiam Canyon, and numerous wineries. Our farmhouse, which has been in our family for 60 years, is located just north of the of the quaint town of Sublimity. The location is an ideal starting point for many outstanding adventures.
