Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. Deze uit 1916 stammende monumentale villa wordt ook wel “het Pipi Langkous huis” genoemd. De villa is centraal gelegen tussen Rotterdam en Den Haag. De RandstadRail ligt op 2 minuten loopafstand. De villa beschikt over een zeer grote parkachtige tuin met diverse terrassen en een groot grasveld. Er zijn twee grote tweepersoonsslaapkamers en een babykamer met balkon. Het strand is op minder dan 15 min bereikbaar. Vanuit onze oprit loopt u zo de polder in. U kunt uw auto (en boot) bij het tuinhuis parkeren. Roken in de accomodatie is niet toegestaan.
