This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. The Milk House at Lucky Star Farm

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. You’ll love walking to the local coffee shop for a homemade pastry or staying in our dreamy retreat sipping an espresso.

Conveniently located off of HWY 6 in one of the Amana Colonies, a 10 minute drive to shopping and nature trails. Only a 25 minute drive to the University of Iowa and 10 minutes to Williamsburg or Marengo.
