Our home is one of 4 current family houses on an active working farm that has been in operation since the late 18th century. Enjoy our cozy and comfortable cabin situated on 20 private wooded acres near several trout streams, George Washington National Forest, Virginia Game Commission, hiking trails, and caves. Brent's Cabin sleeps four, including a double bed and two twin beds in the loft. For skiing we are 1 hour and 30 minutes from snowshoe and 30 minutes from The Homestead. For fishing we are 5 minutes away from the Bullpasture, 10 minutes from the Cowpasture, and 25 minutes from the Jackson River.

The Redwood Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful location. Nestled in the heart of beautiful Green Bank, this creekside cottage provides close access to the Green Bank Observatory, Cass Scenic Railroad and Snowshoe. Child and pet-friendly home features 2 bedrooms, living room with dining area, and full kitchen. WiFi, Smart TV, and family-friendly games. Plenty of parking and large yard. Note: There is NO cell service in the Green Bank area. We do have WiFi with WiFi calling.

Stony Brook Nordic Cabin

A bright open space with large windows and high ceilings that compliment the view of surrounding foliage. A large screened-in porch at the front of the house is perfect for intimate gatherings. A hot tub is available alongside the house in addition to a two-person outdoor shower, and corn hole boards and a fire pit offer additional options for family fun. You won’t have cell phone signal out here -and the WiFi isn’t strong enough to run too many devices at one time.

Enjoy our rustic, cozy, historic log cabin in the woods on 21 acres with two streams and a little meadow. The logs, from the 1800's, were reconfigured 17 years ago combining a rich history with high speed internet and modern amenities. Sink into the luscious bed with totally organic sheets, mattress topper, and pillows. Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.
