Dog friendly private suite

This is an older style motel with a covered porch along the front. We converted 2 rooms into a small suite by adding a French door to connect them. We also added a back door that opens up directly into a fenced in yard that is private and surrounded by woods. The motel is set back off the road right next to a trail head. There is a total of 4 single rooms and the dog friendly suite on the end. Ideal location if traveling with a group or need a place to meet up with the whole family.

Only .7 miles to the Jay Covered Bridge, 3 miles to the Jay Mountain summit trail head, 7 miles to Whiteface Mountain, and 16 miles to Lake Placid. Keene and Keene Valley trail heads are only minutes away. The cabin has 3 acres of wooded property with a front driveway as well as a back access drivweway which is nice to walk. Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing.
