Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.

We offer a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, independent entrance wide and open spaces we are 1 minute from Las Vegas Blv 10 minutes from all the casinos and the strip we also have gas stations nearby and restaurants 3 minutes from the South Point Casino and very close to the freeways 1-15 and 95 and 10 minutes from the airport.

It is located less than 5 minutes' walk to the Convention Center and minutes away to monorail which takes you to main hotels on the Strip. We are also 15 minutes’ walk to the Sphere.
