The apartment boasts a full kitchen, king-size bed and dedicated work area. You will love the spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy a morning Nespresso or an evening glass of wine while spotting for deer on the private deck. While we live on the upper level your entrance and space is private.

Purpose designed and built for our guests, this property has privacy, unique design and great location. 5 blocks from Creature Comforts brewery downtown, the large screen porch overlooks acres of woods. 2 blocks from the Oconee River Greenway park, 2 blocks from bars, cafes and restaurants. Located on a corner of two arterial roads, explore our favorite Athens neighborhoods and easily walk downtown and to campus.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
