The minute you drive up you will be amazed by the 180-degree water-views and rolling lands surrounding our house. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive.
