Welcome to our home! As a part-time and much-loved lived-in home, it's fully equipped with everything you need, is clean, and situated in a nice quiet street, enabling you to enjoy a peaceful visit. We'll include fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels. Located close to the A4174 ring road between Bristol and Bath. Bristol Centre - Around 5 Miles. Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day. Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins. Happy to answer anything else!

Cute little Wye Valley cottage

Surrounded by woodland with hilltop views across the Wye Valley to Offa’s dyke, this eco friendly traditional Monmouthshire cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature at its very best. Spend time in the garden listening to bird song and the gentle babbling of the stream or step out the gate to explore Cleddon Falls and beautiful view points along the Wye Valley walk. The medieval village of Trellech and Tintern Abbey are also within easy reach off or on road by foot, bike or car.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Snug - a lovely place for your use only.

Ship shape and Bristol fashion A delightful, privately accessed annexe for you to enjoy. It has a kingsize bed and hanging space. There is a Roku TV so you can access your Netflix. We provide you with your own kitchenette and breakfast bar consisting of a kettle, toaster and microwave, washer/dryer. The breakfast bar doubles up as a useful workstation. We will provide you with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay - tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast bits and bobs and toiletries.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

There are miles of footpaths to explore. You can enjoy Bath, a Unesco World Heritage city, its buildings, history and restaurants, visit the hustle and bustle of Bristol, explore the countless picture postcard villages, pubs and cafes or visit a range of National Trust properties. Elstar is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Russet, with off street gated parking. Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials.
