Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Mountain Lake Suite

Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. For your entertainment or home office needs, we have a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Ferienwohnung in Abersee - Apartment

Neue, gemütliche, sehr helle und offene Dachgeschoss Wohnung in Seenähe. Separater Eingang, Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Der Wolfgangsee ist fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar (Naturbadestrand Abersee). Die Radfähre nach St. Wolfgang ist in direkter Nähe. Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

Der neue, in traditioneller Architektur errichtete Holzblock Bau, mit Schafwolle gedämmt, befindet sich in den idyllischen Seen und Salzkammergutgebiet Nähe des Salzburgrings. Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.

Wir sind stolz auf unser Apartment „RESL“ welches neu gebaut und im Juni 2022 fertig gestellt wurde. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, voll ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen sowie als Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach St. Wolfgang, Bad Ischl - unsere Kaiserstadt, Hallstatt, Bad Aussee, Salzburg, diverse Seen usw.
