Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.
