It is in a very quiet rural location up a private lane but within 15mins walking distance of the beautiful town and seafront of Lyme Regis. The Reading Room is a separate annex of The Old Chapel in the main High Street in Charmouth. It's within 60 steps to the High St. Charmouth Beach is approx 5 minutes stroll. It has parking for one vehicle and a small outdoor space to the side of the Chapel with blue table and chairs for 2 people. Be aware steps to the bed platform are steep.

This self contained apartment is attached to our main house but you have completely private access with your own en-suite bathroom, front door and access to a balcony area with views across the River Lym valley. Fern Studio has its own Kitchen with kettle, toaster, hob and fridge.

Kilnside was rebuilt from an existing outbuilding into a luxury, self-catering cottage with work finishing at the beginning of 2020. The space now boasts a stunning open-plan, vaulted kitchen and living area with large bi-fold doors onto a private patio. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite shower room. Both the bedroom and living room have a stunning view down the valley towards the coast at Lyme Regis.

Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.
