The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. You're a short walk from Worcester Park Station (Zone 4), with direct trains to London Waterloo in under 30 minutes— ideal for exploring iconic sites like Big Ben, The British Museum, and Covent Garden. Locally, enjoy Nonsuch Park, perfect for walks and picnics, or take a short drive to the historic Hampton Court Palace.

A quiet, recently renovated annex with it's own private entrance, situated in a peaceful leafy private road.
