An elegant sitting-room with open fireplace. French doors open onto a shaded stoep with a braai place. A deep plunge-pool leads off the stoep and some of some of the most amazing views we can offer. The cottage is not serviced and we will do our best not to bother you at all.

Welcome to Sunbird Cottage, a free standing 2 bedroom unit. The cottage also includes a loft in the open plan area which is furnished with a queen sized bed. The main bedroom is also equipped with a queen sized bed and has its own shower/bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. On the same property you can find Penguin and Porcupine Cottage. Our fully equipped and private garden cottage has a beach house feeling. It comfortably fits two sharing. Freestanding closed fireplace for cozy winter evenings. Situated on a quiet street steps away from St.James beach as well as a short walk to Kalk Bay and Muizenberg which is famous for its antique ships, coffee shops and restaurants.

Our cottage is situated in the heart of leafy Bishopscourt. 2,1km from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and 1,6km from Cavendish Square mall. The spacious 2 storey cottage consists of open plan kitchen / lounge, downstairs guest toilet, 2 bedrooms and outside space. We have a shared pool in our garden which guests are welcome to enjoy.
