Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Originally built in 1877 as a miners cottage, the house oozes quality and has been restored to an extremely high standard preserving some original features. This home is extremely close to supermarkets (2 minute walk) and restaurants and pubs (5 minutes) located in Wrexham Town centre. If countryside walks and historical interests are a theme for your visit, why not walk to Erddig Park, Wrexhams own ‘Downton Abbey’!

We are around 15 minutes from Chester and 40 minutes from Snowdonia National Park. There are 3 great nature reserves within 5 minutes and Wrexham Football Club is 4 miles. Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador)

Only a 20 minute drive from Chester and easily accessible for Manchester and Liverpool.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

Cabin in Llay, Wrexham

Set on the edge of a private woodland, this cozy and comfortable log cabin is a perfect place for a relaxing get away. There is no wi-fi so an ideal place to switch off and enjoy. It is located on the boarder between Wales and England and is close to many places including Llangollen, Chester, Snowdonia and Liverpool. Parking is available in our large driveway and The Cabin is just a 2 minute walk from there. The Cabin is private and has it's own enclosed garden area with a fire pit.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Surrounded by amazing views, including Hope Mountain one side and the remains of the old viaduct nestled in amongst trees the other side. Set within the grounds of the Hall, the accommodation provides a peaceful retreat. Just 13 miles from Chester, 17 miles from Chester Zoo and about an hours drive from Snowdonia. Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running.

It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.
