This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

Can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 b/rooms.This can be 2x queen b/rooms and a double b/room or a room with 2x single beds.The house has air conditioning and a fireplace so you won’t be cold. The cottage is situated on a 42 acre farm, close enough to town that you can pop in easily to enjoy cafes, festivals and a bit of shopping - but far enough away that you will feel you really have escaped to the country.

There is also a BBQ outside with a basket breakfast included in the tariff, plus tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The master bedroom has french doors opening onto the verandah. Both rooms have cosy blankets, doonas and electric blankets. Highchair and cot available on request.
