With a peak of the ocean from the yard, don’t be surprised if you see deer meandering by. Relax and restore in our 2 person hot tub located in the backyard. It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Charming, rustic, ocean front cottage in the heart of the hip Nye Beach district in Newport, Oregon! Cottage sits on a bluff with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. These historic cottages were built in 1910 as summer cottages and retain their original charm. There are very few of these original cottages left! Walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, performing arts, visual arts, galleries, shopping and pubs...this place has it all! Sunsets here are breathtaking.

Two blocks from the charming downtown with restaurants and shops. Inside, there's retro charm and modern comfort. One bedroom features a queen, the other a king. The den has a foldout double. Dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4. The den opens up on a view of Cape Perpetua. Enjoy your stay!

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
