With a peak of the ocean from the yard, don’t be surprised if you see deer meandering by. Relax and restore in our 2 person hot tub located in the backyard. It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Historic 1922 bungalow in Yachats village, restored from the foundation up! Two doors from State Park where you can whale watch or wander down to the marine preserve and tide pools. Two blocks from the charming downtown with restaurants and shops. Inside, there's retro charm and modern comfort. One bedroom features a queen, the other a king. The den has a foldout double. Dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4. The den opens up on a view of Cape Perpetua. Enjoy your stay!

Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
