It is a functional space that suits a group of friends or families visiting Grafton for the Jacaranda Festival, Race Week, hockey titles, Easter or Christmas. Almost every window in our home has an ocean view, the most spectacular moment is watching the sunrise from the bedroom. 1 pet is allowed upon approval with a $70 pet fee.
