You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

The Eagle’s Roost is a true log cabin, built by Amish craftsman and completed in August 2024. This one of a kind cabin is at Still Waters Edge Retreat campground. The Eagle’s Roost is a 48x14 cabin with a spacious loft. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds and a twin in the loft, a twin daybed on the main floor and 2 rollaway beds. Prairie Barn Cabin is a rustic 120+ year old barn featuring exposed beams and modern farmhouse charm. The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms featuring queen sized beds, the bedrooms are accessed by stairs and are connected by an open walk way featuring the exposed beams. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a meal, and there is a laundry area for use. Watch the native wildlife in the wooded area surrounding the cabin just 3 miles north of Iola, KS.

Century old Farmhouse located in the Flinthills

Please Be Our Guest in a century-old farmhouse built by our great-grandfather. The residence has all modern conveniences including central heat and air and rural Water. Guests will have access to the lower floor which includes three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, sitting room, large family room, and utility room with washer and dryer. A large porch and wooden deck are perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet offered by this rural location.

Poppy's Place

Inspired by a swatch of wallpaper found in the attic, 'Poppy's Place' is decorated to bring you back in time to the 1930's. Bright, bold and cheerful colors were introduced into homes at that time to help keep people inspired during the dust bowl of the Great Depression. The 1930’s was the decade that fell directly in between WWI and WWII and Poppy Flowers were, and still are, a symbol of hope and remembrance for fallen soldiers. Office offers a day bed.

Located in the historic King Bridge Company building on the southeast side of the largest town square in America that now houses Audacious Boutique, Alpha Dog, and 4Ms and a Silent Q Bookstore, this newly created apartment is great for exploring the area. Park your car and then use the local bike trail system to explore the newly created Lehigh Portland State Park.

The Lodge of South Owl

Only one mile south from historic Yates Center Square, within 30 minutes of three state parks and two city lakes. This house is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
