The facilities on site include an outdoor heated swimming pool (summer only) and bar with a family seating area. There are two ball play areas, a tennis court and a children's playground. The site is suitable for both families and couples and is located a few minutes drive or 15/20 minutes walk to Selsey village and the local beaches. The site is next to Selsey Golf Course.

This snug little one bedroomed accommodation sits up high with views of both Shanklin and Luccombe bays from each side. This property is ideal for walkers or cyclists as it sits just off the coastal path and is also close to the bridle path leading up to the Downs. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane for easy access to the rest of the Island. The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk to several different beaches and 15 minutes walk to a number of restaurants pubs and eateries.

Enjoy the stunning views up towards Culver Down and out across the bay. The nearby town of Sandown with its shops, cafes and restaurants and bars are just a short drive or 35 minute walk away. Sleeps four comfortably. The main bedroom has a double bed and the little room of the two has two single beds. There is a washing machine so no need to do all that washing once home!! Bedding and 2 towels are supplied per guest as is 2 tea towels
