On weekend nights there is some noise from a club behind the building, the unit is on third floor but you do get some noise, there is limited natural light as it faces an interior courtyard.

Casa Lolita se encuentra ubicada en un predio que se comparte entre dos cabañas (casa Kimi y Casa Lolita) con una capacidad para 2 personas cada una. Eagle's Nest is one of our four casas here at El Jardin. This palapa features one ''hanging'' double bed, a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the ocean. El Jardin also has a wonderful spacious communal area that includes a full equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and oceanfront yard for all guests to use. A manager lives permanently on site. He is there to take care of the land, property and also help guests with any questions they might have.

Downstairs, there is a stationary queen-size bed and a twin bed/couch. Luna has a fully equipped kitchen with a view that looks out to the ocean. The stove is a four burner, sorry no oven.
