Relax with the whole family at our cozy home near BYUI. This Upstairs Unit is newly renovated with high-end appliances and finishes. This 3 bed 2 bath home also has a spacious back yard and garage. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is close to a large park. Main street Rexburg is just 2 minutes away with lots of shopping and food. It is a great place to rest between Yellowstone, bear world, Jackson hole, and Targhee. It has a 2 car garage to park in to keep your car out of the snow or sun.

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
