Tucked away on a no through road, that leads directly onto a bridleway and footpaths, Shepherd's cottage makes an ideal place to stay for those who simply want to get away from it all. We welcome 2 small dogs ( pet fee applies) and horses - with a choice of fields to keep your horse in ( additional charge of £25 per night for horses). There are a number of scenic walks to explore from the annex. Crewkerne-a few minutes away has Waitrose, lidl, Boots, Savers & Poundland.

Weymouth, West Bay, & Lyme Regis are all less than 30 miles. Court Cottage is ready to welcome you!

Although the setting is rural, we are a short way from A37 (.5 mile) and A303 (1.5 miles) which makes us very accessible to other amenities/attractions. The property is self contained and private. The owners live nearby and are happy for guests to walk around the farm, and are also on hand if required. We are in easy reach of many National Trust properties, Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Car Museum and many more.

The Tallet is opposite the old farmhouse and next to a magnificent Somerset cider barn. The underfloor heating and electric log burner add warmth to the sitting room and the spacious open plan kitchen makes for a sociable space.

The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. The village is built almost entirely of the local hamstone. At the centre of the village is a large square known as the 'Borough' around which are grouped picturesque cottages

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.
