Supermarket and bus-stop are nearby (100 m). It's easy to get by bus to city center (4 km) and Santa Claus's village/Airport (12 km).Free parking space right next to the apartment

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi , only some steps to the water (or ice in winter). Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells, marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive -with no street lights.

Nice apartment by the services in peaceful area

Beautiful, spacious, fully furnished apartment on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area and 1 bedroom. By the bedroom there is a little berth for 1-2 children or why not for 1 adult. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2. Comfortable for up to 4 quests. You will have the whole apartment to yourself. We will hand you the keys when you come, if you send me message or phone the time. -We live in the same house on the upper floor and will help you.

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Santa Claus District family home

Cozy 130 m2 house near nature and Christmas festivities. The walk to Santa Claus village is 700 m from the front door. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe. There is a small hill for children to play sledding in the backyard. The nearest grocery store 1,4 km from the house. The house is equipped with a recently renovated sauna and there is a possibility to enjoy aurora borealis and reindeer from the outside patio if you are lucky. The house is ideal for familes and couples.
