It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

The garden is a real sun trap and a great place to relax and eat al fresco. Stay in the heart of Yoxford, My place is Handy for exploring the heritage coast and RSPB Minsmere. There are 2 pubs and other restaurants for dining, also there is a well stocked village store. The cottage is 17th century, but modern and spacious with period features, but does have some steep stairs.
