The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

A beautiful, bright and airy home, tastefully decorated which can be used as a weekend getaway or an extended vacation for family and friends. WE NOW HAVE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED! The local Spar and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the property. The home offers 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and 2 single bed rooms.

Westcoast beach cottage - Unit 2 / Fire place

A small coastal cottage roughly 5 min drive outside the harbour town of Saldanha. The cottage is private but connects to the side of our home. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

Our rates are charged PER PERSON/per room. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.
