Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Recently renovated, the house is spacious and comfortable. It is located in the center of Parghelia (a town 2 km far from Tropea, "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea") at a short distance from beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, minimarket, pharmacy, train station, car rental. The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.

Forno a legna, barbecue on request e pergola fiorita. A due passi dal Borgo di Tropea, JATU offre un ampio ventaglio di escursioni sportive e culturali sul territorio.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.

Il mio alloggio è vicino alle bianche spiagge di Tropea e Zambrone rinomate località turistiche della provincia di Vibo Valentia. Numerosi sono i ristoranti e le pizzerie nei dintorni dove degustare le specialità della zona. Le strade che si percorrono per giungervi offrono splendide viste panoramiche delle Isole Eolie e di sera si possono apprezzare le luci della città di Tropea. L'alloggio è adatto per le coppie e le famiglie.
