Word wakker door het geluid van de zingende vogels. Geniet met een drankje van de zon op het terras. Spreekt jou dit aan? Dan zit je bij de Bellenhof meer dan goed. Onze B&B is gevestigd in Oldebroek, centraal op de natuurrijke Veluwe met zijn vele fietsroutes en wandelpaden. De Ruimte Onze B&B is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een woonkamer en een complete keuken. In onze slaapkamer met muurschildering is ruimte voor twee personen. Ook is de woning uitgerust met een douche, toilet en wasmachine.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Design gazebo in the woods

• The Veluwe is the largest push moraine complex in the Netherlands. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo near the locally famous sand drift. It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is no cooking option, but there is a small oven for you to use. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and is decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

A stylish cabin dream! This studio looks out into the woods, from an elevation of 1,5 metres, is part of a family estate, & sits at 60m away from the road to the village of Vierhouten. The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Zeker in deze woonboot, want woonboot Boat Boutique is charmant, persoonlijk ingericht en voorzien van moderne en luxe faciliteiten. Je geniet van het uitzicht op het water, maar mist niets van de dynamiek van de stad omdat de boot in het hartje centrum van Zwolle ligt. Een ideale plek om de stad te ontdekken! En weet, niets moet op Boat Boutique, behalve je zorgen laten varen …

Appartement

In de binnenstad van Hanzestad Zwolle staat dit historische, kleine herenhuis , waar je beschikt over een volledig eigen ruimte met keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer. Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals oude paneeldeuren en glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.

Nieuwe, comfortabele, eigentijds ingerichte 2-kamerappartementen voor 2 - 4 personen (max 2 volw.) (40m2) met keuken en luxe badkamer. De accomodaties bevinden zich in een charmant huisje, op 1 minuut lopen van de bruisende Zwolse binnenstad en beslaan ieder een etage. Dit appartement betreft de bovenverdieping. Beide ruimtes hebben een fris interieur en zijn geschikt voor langer verblijf. Een eigen plek, ideaal gelegen nabij bioscoop, supermarkt en parkeergarage.

Verblijf in dit knusse chalet aan de rand van een rustig, groen en kleinschalig park met sfeervolle huisjes, omgeven door de natuur van de Veluwe. Ontwaak met vogelgezang en spot eekhoorns in de tuin. Voor het chalet loopt een pad met enkel bestemmingsverkeer. Wandel of fiets direct vanaf het park de bossen en heide op. Bezoek de Hanzesteden Hattem, Zwolle of Kampen. Restaurants liggen op 4 km afstand. Een fijne plek voor wie rust, natuur en comfort zoekt.

Welkom in ons unieke tiny house, verscholen in een privébos aan de rand van het charmante Friese dorp Noordwolde. Deze moderne accommodatie is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!
