Casa Mondo is a newly built detached house located on the edge of small place Zbandaj approximately 8 kilometres from Porec. The house was built in 2014 with modern materials and with superior thermal and acoustic isolation (low energy house). The house has an enclosed garden of 600 sqm with a maintained lawn and boasts outdoor facilities such as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, built in barbecue and dining and seating area, swimming pool of 34 sqm with waterfall, parking for two cars.

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need. Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, an outdoor dinning area with grill, private pool and parking on the property. Each room is carefully designed by our designer. All this will afford you enjoy your holidays and fill up your batteries.

Apartment Andrej

The apartement is located in a small village named Muntrilj near Tinjan. Fully furnished apartment far away from city traffic. This apartment is a part of the house that has 2 additional apartments. One on the ground floor that can house 2 + 2 persons and another one at the first floor for 5 persons. You can find these apartements on my profile. You can book all 3 apartements at the same period for 11 persons.

The house it's perfect for couples, families, and individuals who seek soothing, healthy and active experience. There is a private swimming pool with a stunning view of Motovun and an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for breakfasts or romantic dinners.

Rovinj Room with 2 pools

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

Dolce Vita Apartment 3 with Heated shared Pool

Dolce Vita Apartment 3 is a cozy space for up to 4 guests, located near Poreč in Mugeba. It features a shared saltwater pool, wood/charcoal BBQ, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, a sofa bed in the living room. Nearby beaches are Parentium (3,7 km), Vala (3,8 km), and Polidor (3,9 km). Poreč center is 5,4 km away.
