Het huis ligt in Schüttdorf, aan de zuidkant van het meer. Het is een rustige straat met parkeerruimte. Het ligt ongeveer 1 km van de dichtstbijzijnde skilift (Areitbahn), 10 minuten lopen en 4 minuten met de auto. Daar is een heel grote parkeerplaats. En circa 5 minuten van de dichtstbijzijnde halte van de skibus. Zell am See stad is 3 min rijden. Het meer is op nog geen 5 minuten fietsen. Het huis is omringd met bergen die allemaal te beklimmen zijn, voor ieder niveau is genoeg wandelplezier.

Stefflhof - Charming old farmhouse, ensuite room

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room (19m2) with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.
