Guests can enjoy walking the green forest park Marjan, located 800 meters from the apartment. Poljud Stadium is 900 meters away and the Bacvice beach 1 km. In every moment when guests need something the host is avelable. Peaceful surrounding even though it's in the city centre. Apartment is in the center so it's possible to acces anything by foot. Na jednoj su sobe i wc te na drugoj dnevni boravak i kuhinja. Svaka soba ima bračni krevet te mogućnost pomoćnog ležaja. U dnevnom boravku je kauč na razvlačenje te isto mogućnost pomoćnog ležaja. Apartman ima dva balkona. Na jedan se ulazi kroz sobu, a na drugi kroz kuhinju. Oba balkona pružaju najljepši pogled na ostale otoke te more.
