Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Blizina mora, svjež povjetarac i zvuk valova čine ovu terasu jedinstvenom oazom za odmor i opuštanje.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Apartament położony jest na parterze i posiada 2 sypialnie z balkonami, duży salon z kuchnią, 3 łazienki i duży balkon ze stołem i grillem. Położony jest w miejscowości Novalja, 2 minuty od plaży i oferuje bezpłatne Wi-Fi, klimatyzację, sezonowy odkryty basen oraz ogród. W apartamencie jest salon z telewizorem z płaskim ekranem i konsolą do gier 5S5 wraz z grami, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem i zmywarką. W każdej sypialni jest telewizor. On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

You’ll love my place because you are staying in wonderful nature,situated at hamlet Škuncini stani, but still not far away(6km) from city of Novalja, where are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). House is fully equiped for 8 persons. Gas heating water for showering. Air conditioner in each bedroom. We are always at your disposal!

The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person).
