This is our family old house , renovated to rent, when we are away. Situated in residental part of Bar , near beach Susanj. It has a lovely garden, comfortable living room with a kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. You can enjoy all of this, but we are using attick above with own entrance, so you have totally private part of house.

Inside the apartment is dry and comfortable: no dampness or mould. Heating is provided by air conditioners in both bedrooms, and there is underfloor heating in the bathroom. In winter, the apartment is cool but not cold.
