The studio “Etzel” is located in the listed Oberhaus on lake Zurich. Since 2021, the elegant wine-grower’s house from 1743 houses a B&B. The studio is located on the raised ground floor of the building and consists of two rooms and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults. Breakfast and sauna can be booked. Shared use of the private access to the lake is included. Parking spaces are available, the train station is 5 min. away from the accommodation.

We are gradually renovating our historic villa from 1905 with great attention to detail - you can expect high rooms with lots of wood, wallpaper, parquet floors and chandeliers. We have a total of 2 guest rooms for 4 people + baby cot + extra bed. We look forward to seeing you! For a good start to the day, we serve homemade bread from our wood-fired oven and other delicacies for breakfast. This can be booked for an extra charge of CHF 17.50 per person/night.

Our 2 rooms are very romantic, quiet and newly built in 2016 in our beautiful farmhouse with quality materials and attention to detail. Both rooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds 220 x 200cm. Self-service breakfast is basic and included in the price (coffee, tea, juice, toast, cheese, yogurt, cereals, etc.). It can be prepared 24 H in the unheated vestibule and taken in the room. Parking is available, the bus station is 1 km away.

Unser neues Haus wurde nach baubiologischen Grundsätzen erbaut und bietet Ihnen ein gesundes, angenehmes Raumklima. Die 4 Schlafzimmer wurden mit Möbeln aus Zirbenholz ausgestattet und verfügen über einen Fernseher, Internetanschluss und ein Lavabo. Die Küchenzeile darf von allen benutzt werden, ebenso die Nasszellen und die Terrasse. Eine grosse Bücher- und Spiele-Auswahl stehen zur Verfügung.
