The cottage features a cozy living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs. Outside, there's a covered terrace with mountain views, and the house offers plenty of space and privacy.

Pokovica poseduje odvojenu sobu sa singl i fancuskim ležajem, galeriju sa velikim francuskim lezajem, opremljenu kuhinju, kupatilo, veliki dnevni boravak, dve velike terase, kamin na drva i podno grejanje, kao i rostilj za goste.
