Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Experience a breathtaking panorama of the Rhine above the rooftops of the town. The apartment is designed for two to six guests. This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

Relax and enjoy everything the Moselle has to offer while staying in a unique, tranquil accommodation. An authentic apartment with original beam construction has been created in an old winery. Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

Gastfreundschaft hat in unserer Familie eine lange Tradition, das belegen die vielen Eintragungen in unsere Gästebücher aus der ganzen Welt. Die geräumige, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt am Rand der Weinberge in der ersten Etage eines ehemaligen Aussiedlerhofes. Genießen sie von hier den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Mosel. Aktivurlaub mit Wandern und Radfahren oder einfach nur chillen und genießen. Hier ist alles möglich. 2 E-Bikes oder Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
