Small, one level home. (Stairs to get inside), that has one large bedroom and one small. House has fully functional kitchen, is near to a children’s indoor playground & local boutique, coffee shop and bakery, and has off street parking. Main bedroom and living room both have tv where you can login to any of your favorite streaming apps. Host lives locally, and works in the building attached to the house so is always available! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated on over five acres you will enjoy the solitude of this private getaway. Located on a spur of the Armstrong Trail between Schenley and Leechburg. It also is very close to the Kiskiminetas River. Both offer many unique opportunities for bikers, hikers, and kayakers. River access is just a walk down the trail. Come enjoy all that Southern Armstrong County has to offer! 6 minutes drive (3 miles) from Lingrow Farms Wedding Venue.
