Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude und ist 2 Stationen von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Kieferngarten (U6) entfernt, die auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Oktoberfest ist in 20 Min. mit der U6 zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Strasse vor dem Haus.
