Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! This getaway features a large living room, kitchen, and dining area; a designated work area; laundry area; two exercise bikes; three bedrooms; three bathrooms; a large outdoor area with a sauna; dining area; fireplace; and pizza oven. There is also a two car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway.

This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

Relax in a unique and private one bed, one bath apartment sitting above our beautiful barn with your own heated garage parking. The space comes with a full kitchen, a gas stove, washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. We are centrally located between downtown Hornell and Alfred, home to Alfred State and Alfred University. You would share a large U shaped driveway with the hosts, but will find plenty of privacy in this rural setting. We’d love to have you stay!

Carney’s Country Escape

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.

Cozy one bedroom Carriage House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located right in town it’s a short walk to the local restaurants and stores. Very short drive to larger surrounding towns. The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
