Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την μοναδική κεντρική παραλία ΝΟΣ (10 λεπτά με τα πόδια), με 60 σκαλιά απόσταση από όλα τα απαραίτητα του νησιού: ταβέρνες, cafe, μπαρ, σούπερ μάρκετ, λιμάνι αναχώρησης-άφιξης πλοίων, βρίσκεται αυτό το δίπατο παραδοσιακό σπίτι. Με δική του αυλή, μπαλκόνι με θέα στο γιαλό, παράθυρα στο Αιγαίο, το σπίτι Avra είναι ένα κατάλυμα σε μια ήσυχη παραδοσιακή γειτονιά μακριά από την φασαρία του νησιού αλλά πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

Kantirimi House is a traditionally stone residence, located in the centre of the island of Symi - Gialos, 50 mt from the Harbor, the Symi's central square called ''Kampos'' and the picturesque little bridge called ''Kantirimi'' or ''Gefiraki'' Excellent position: Located at the heart of Symi island, you will find nearby everything you may need, like a pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, mini market, bank, Coffee shops, rent a car, reachable by foot.

Characterful House on Symi island

Recently and lovingly renovated two bedroom family home, completed in summer 2023. Beautiful and characterful with incredible views across the unique island of Symi - sea, sky, mountain and village. Perfect for solo, couple and family escapes, with a great location in the Chorio village, in a secluded spot but only a 3 minute walk to the main village square with a shop, bakery, cafe, restaurants and bars. The house is both peaceful and stylish.

Toula's apartment anoi

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
