Discover the modern yet rustic ambiance of our wooden cottage "Borkenkäfer" in Tannheim! From the cozy sofa corner to the spacious bedroom and the fully equipped bathroom with fluffy towels, we've thought of everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Dein eigenes kleines Bergquartier ganz oben im Haus: verglaster Südbalkon, Bergblick, und die Nebelhornbahn fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Im obersten Stock, für eine Person. Ein Schrankbett mit 90 cm verschwindet tagsüber in der Wand und macht den Raum frei. Eigenes Bad mit WC. Die Küche hat Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr, keinen Herd oder Backofen. Ein Streaming-TV, das WLAN ist home-office-tauglich. Ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus gehört dazu.

In unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung kannst du die freie unverbaute Aussicht auf die Berge genießen. In der Ferienregion ist für jeden eine Aktivität dabei. Sowohl als Paar oder als Familie kann man sich wohlfühlen. Im großen Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa 1,60 x 2,00. In der Schlafkammer (kein Fenster nach draußen, jedoch genug Licht) sind 2 neue Boxsspringbetten vorhanden. Das neue Bad verfügt über eine Dusch-Badewanne sowie Toillette und Waschbecken.
