The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

(Zugnähe) Die 65qm große Gartenwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett sowie über ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit Podestdoppelbett. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, vom Kühlschrank über den Toaster bis zur Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad verfügt über eine Regendusche sowie über eine separate Badewanne. Ein großer Garten und separater Eingang runden die Wohnung ab.
