Spacious apartment on two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, two TV, Wi-Fi, stereo with iPod dock, washing machine, dishwasher and parking in front of the house. In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Bis zu Stuttgart Zentrum ist nur 15 km. Bis Stuttgart Flughafen auch nur 15 km. (15 Minuten mit dem Auto) in der Nähe von Sonnenhaus gibt Thermalbad Böblingen (2,4 km)

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für meine Ferienwohnung interessieren. Ich würden mich sehr freuen, Sie in unserem kernsanierten Schwarzwaldhaus aus dem Jahre 1894 begrüßen zu dürfen. Die rund 50 qm große Dachwohnung mit Wohnzimmer, offener Küche, Schlaf- und Badezimmer ist vollständig mit Eichenparkett oder altem Dielenboden ausgelegt. Der Balkon lässt einen schönen Blick auf das Kurhaus und den Kurpark zu. Fußläufig sind Wanderwege, Gastronomie, Thermalbad und Geschäfte zu erreichen.

BESTE LAGE: Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG eines neu gebauten Hauses mitten in der Pforzheimer City. ZENTRALER GEHT'S NICHT: Alles was ihr braucht ist direkt vor der Tür. Cafés, Restaurants (auch mit tollem Frühstück), Biergarten, Supermärkte, Fussgängerzone... alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und binnen 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch das CongressCentrum und das Theater sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 Laufminuten entfernt.
