Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

We welcome you to our beautiful 17th Century coastguard home, situated on the SW Coastal path and 1min walk from Blue flag Challaborough beach. Renovated to suit modern life while retaining its original cottage feel; it is an ideal year round spot for water and wilderness loving families, couples and dog owners. Overlooking Burgh Island, the cottage is walking distance to 3 stunning beaches and two cosy 13th C pubs. Picturesque markets towns of Modbury, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, 20 min drive away.

The studio cabin is not overlooked so you can completely relax and enjoy the tranquil setting. As an ideal winter break, there is a wood burning stove and radiator to keep you warm in the colder months.

The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Spa Lodge is close to Bantham beach ,Thurlestone, & Hope Cove. The village of Bantham is less than a mile away, and has the Sloop Inn, village shop & cafe, and on the beach the Gastro bus. The Lodge itself is set in a beautiful private enclosed garden, with an outside Hot Tub & shower . The raised outside deck makes a great place for relaxing & dining, as the views extend over the countryside to the sea & Hope Cove. The location is ideal for exploring this wonderful stretch of coast.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Hidden Gem in Gorgeous Thurlestone, South Hams.

A cosy two bedroom place, hidden between the rooftops of a beautiful village in the South Hams, Devon. There is a double bedroom, with shower room off and a further single bedroom. The living, dining and well equipped kitchen, are all open plan. Perfectly positioned in heart of the Thurlestone, with a pub and shop on hand, Treburrick is within easy walking distance of beaches, coastal walks, a links golf-course and surfing at Bantham. A small dog is accepted when you stay with us.

Cosy Cottage 100m From Challaborough Beach

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.

The Cowshed is a gorgeous 2-bedroom, detached property with a lovely open living area, with a private deck and garden. Set amongst fields, just up the road from the lovely village of Bantham, with The Sloop Inn and village shop, and perfectly located for the amazing beaches of Bantham, Thurlestone and Bigbury-On-Sea, as well as for exploring Hope Cove, Burgh Island, Salcombe, Dartmouth and the amazing coastline of the South Hams, not to forget beautiful Dartmoor.
