A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Located in a very quiet non-traffic street, just 250 m from the train station, that come directly from Lisbon and also the bus stops, all in a walking distance. It's a fully equipped nest, with all the kitchen amenities, 2 suites with private bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In the patio you can enjoy a breathtaking view to “Castelo dos Mouros” and enjoy the fantastic sun light.

Atenção: atualmente somos obrigados a cobrar uma taxa turística cujo valor depende da duração da vossa estadia. No ato da reserva é cobrado um valor médio de 6€ por pessoa que pode, no limite, ser de 11€. O acerto será feito no check-in.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Our top floor apartment was completely renovated to great standards, and fully equipped in April 2017. It comes with 1 double bedroom, bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. All the windows of the house with beautiful views of Sintra's nature surroundings. Access via two flights of stairs. It is located in a very beautiful and traditional area between Sao Pedro and Sintra village, 5 min walk from the historic centre and 15 min walk from the train station.
