The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Guest Suite - Andover Village

Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

The Tent on Beaver Pond

We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Welcome to our cozy camp steps away from Sawyer Lake, offering access to 6 beaches. Enjoy our pedal boat and paddle board on the water. The camp features a fully equipped kitchen, grill, large back deck, and a screened-in front porch for relaxation. Minutes away from Bank of NH Pavilion for concerts, Tilton Outlets, Gunstock, NH speedway and Lake Winnipesaukee. Pet-friendly with a relaxing hot tub in the back. The G Frame...an offGrid Cabin + woodstove sauna

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Adorable Country Cabin with Hot Tub

Get cozy in this country cabin off the beaten path yet close to everything. The cabin is a comfortable size with all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Including a 3/4 bathroom, and well sized kitchenette. Oh and of course the Hot Tub right outside your door. The cabin is about 30 minutes from mountains and lakes for all of you outdoor recreation wants. Also only minutes to dining and shopping.

Pastoral Farm in NH

Cozy private get away. A little bigger than a tiny house, apart from the main farm house and barns on a beautiful hill top setting. Sit and relax , take a walk through the fields or if your feeling a little more adventurous explore the beaver pond or hike out to picnic rock. This is country living in NH. *Please note that we are 8/10ths of a mile out on a dirt road.
