Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Waterfront House with panoramic seaview

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas nära havet. Norra Lagnö ligger endast 20 min bilresa från slussen och 5 min bilresa från Gustavsberg. Gillar du att klättra ligger Skeviks grotta ca 1,5 km bort, där du finner fantastiska rutter för olika nivåer. Observera att badrum och tvättmaskin finns 10 m bort i källarplanet till huvudbyggnaden (vilket hyresgästen har ensam tillgång till). SUP brädor ingår om man vill ge sig ut på vattnet, samt möjlighet att låna cyklar. Välkommen!

Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
