My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Mitten im Wald und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet unser Haus die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub im Grünen oder für Tagesausflüge in die Stadt. Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Der Hauptbahnhof und Potsdam-Zentrum sind von hier ca. 3-5 km entfernt und sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Ruhe, dem komfortablen Bett uvm. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit kindern).

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

All our apartments are located in Prenzlauer Berg with a beautiful neighborhood, where you can find small boutiques, restaurants, bars and the "Mauerpark". The 1-bedroom apartments in this category will host up to three persons. The bedroom has a double queen size bed (160×200), a comfortable foldout bed can be put into the living or the bedroom. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath tab and shower hose.

Fahrt zum Alexanderplatz/Fernsehturm. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für Paare, Singles und Geschäftsreisende. Das Loft liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig im Innenhof der alten Marmeladenfabrik. Bis zur zweiten Terrasse sind es nur 20 m.
