The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

You’re less than a minutes’ walk to nearby bars, shops and everything Braunton has to offer, and a less than a 2 mile drive to some of the most stunning beaches, surf spots and coastal walks in the UK.

Our lovely village of West Down is less than a mile away, with The Crown pub, community shop and park. Check in or out times can be flexible, please ask.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

200 Year Old Riverside Cottage + Garden

Our riverside cottage is close to everything you need in the lovely village of Braunton, yet feels a million miles from everyday life. This is a 200 year old cottage with a cosy contemporary feel. We have 2 double rooms with an extra fold out bed/ travel cot possible. This makes a perfect base to surf, walk, cycle (right next to the Tarka trail) or just chill in the lovely garden or in front of the woodburner. Couples, friends, children and a well behaved dog all welcome.

One acre garden with great views for your use. Walking distance to Braunton close to fabulous beaches.

Broadgate Lodge, in the heart of Braunton, Devon

Broadgate Lodge is a beautifully appointed detached cottage, situated just a few minutes easy walk from the centre of Braunton. It’s a single story barn conversion with modern interior, including an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It is spacious and light but still has that cosy cottage feeling. It has a lovely south facing outside area for al-fresco dining. The property is perfect for couples. Well-behaved dogs and a young child are also welcome.

The Lookout (Log Cabin), Braunton. Incredible view

The Lookout is a log cabin which occupies a superb position with spectacular views over Braunton, the burrows and beyond. The log cabin is situated at the top of our garden next to our house. Access is via some steps - certainly well worth it for the view. We are conveniently located within the village of Braunton, around 5-7 minutes walk to the centre where there are a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is off street parking for one car.

Stockwood Holiday Bungalow

A well equipped 3 bedroom bungalow enjoying a quiet location in the lovely North Devon town of Braunton - with great access to the beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough. We have plenty of parking, an enclosed garden, open plan lounge diner, conservatory plus kitchen, bathroom and even a table tennis table in the garage. Double glazed and centrally heated plus an outside shower for when you come back from the beach. Dogs welcome.

Longleigh is the ideal beach house perfectly situated in Croyde and just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the village centre. With sea views over the dunes, the house is surrounded by fields. Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.
